The Hughes Family

My deepest sympathies on the passing of your Mom. She was a great lady, always had a smile of greeting, always so quiet spoken, always happy to see people she knew and so involved in the community. May your memories sustain you at this sad time.

The family of Vera Hughes.

On behalf of the Quebec Women's Institute and myself I want to offer my condolences on the death of Vera. She was a long time and very dedicated member of our group and will be missed.

"Those we love don't go away.
They walk beside us every day.
Unseen, unheard but always near.
Still loved, still missed, and very dear."

Tara, Lisa and extended family

We wish to express our condolences. We met your mother Vera and late father Roy, forty years ago, through the love of music and square dancing. Even though we have not seen Vera in many years, we
still recall the fun times we had. She will be remembered with fondness. Sincerely,

May my support
warm your heart

The whole Hughes Family

Vera was a Chistian lady who served her Lord and kept St. Andrews Presbyterian Church going as long as she was able. When I was having problems in the mid 1990's, she was there for me. Any time I was passing through Richmond, she wanted me to stay overnight with her. We always exchanged Christmas along with our latest new. My sympathies and prayers to all the family.
