STEVENSON, Nioma

1928 - 2024

Peacefully at the Soins Palliatifs Hôtel-Dieu surrounded by her daughter Shirley and friends Holly and Carol at the age of 95. She was the daughter of the late Ernest Stevenson and the late Janet Wallace, wife of the late Josaphat Audit.

She leaves to mourn her late son Jerry (Lucy), her daughter Shirley and her sister June Matheson, her grandchildren Christopher, Elizabeth (Alex), great grandchildren Rosalie and Charlie as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Visitation will take place at the Cass Funeral Home, 3006 College St. Sherbrooke (Lennoxville), on Friday June 7, 2024 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Saturday June 8th at the Cookshire Trinity United Church (190 Principale, Cookshire, QC) with visitation from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. followed by the funeral service at 2:00 p.m.with Rev.Tami Spires officiating. Interment to follow at the Lakeside Cemetery Bishopton.

A special thank you to her long time Physician Dr. André Jacques, Dr. Paquette and the team of Nurses, Nursing Assistants and Preposes of Les Soins Palliatifs Hôtel-Dieu. Also Holy, Vicki, Carol and Bev for all there kindness and support.
