1960 - 2023

It is with sad hearts that we announce the passing of Galen Smith, on Saturday, December 16th, 2023, at the Magog Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Lori Hunt and son of the late Mervyn Smith and the late Glenda Decoteau.

Besides his wife, Galen leaves to mourn his children Allen and Cassie. He is survived by his sisters Charlene and Debbie. He will also be missed by many other family members and friends.

In respect of Galen’s wishes, a graveside service will be held at a later date.

I am sending you all my deepest sympathies for the loss of your Galen..he truly was a special man and will be missed by all that knew him.
He was an amazing provider and caregiver for his family. He had a great laugh, was full of fun and a great dancer... he is thought of highly for all the work he did for the cemetery over the years.
